by Paul Byrd

After being caught trafficking over 11 pounds of cannabis, 63-year-old Richard J. Abraham was charged on September 24th for unlawful trafficking, possession, and intent to deliver.

The case was presented by the Metropolitan Enforcement Group this past week. Abraham, who currently resides in Oakland County, was officially charged with trafficking 5000 grams of Cannabis.

Reports state that Abraham was planning on transporting the marijuana to Missouri in a Dodge vehicle. As of this moment, there are no reports on who Abraham was planning to sell the marijuana to or if there are any deeper connections in the trafficking of the cannabis.

Currently, his bond has been set to $100,000. Abraham’s next appearance in court is pending and may bring a drastic change to his future.
